It says to others:
I will help give you your wings so you can be
all that you came here to be.

It says to Earth:
I will help clear the way so that you can restore and rejuvenate
and share your wondrous beauty with us all.

It says to children:
I honour you and I am here to nurture you and allow you
to immerse yourself in the wonders of life.
​
It says to Elders:
I give thanks for birthing me, for paving the way,
and I hear your wisdom.
​
It says to those who have passed:
Thank you for your contributions whilst on Earth.
I live in honour of you.
Together we will create the new.

The way is through peace.
Peace with our minds
Peace with our bodies
Peace with others
Peace with Nature...

achieved through being

conscious...
aware...
present...

Not a stronger heart

Not a more powerful heart

Not a more determined heart

But instead

A more open heart
A kind heart

Full of compassion
Free of judgement

Accepting
Empowering
​
And so connected to
everyone and everything
it radiates it's love to.

Life Cycles
Birth, growth, maturity, passing.
No phase more important than the other.
Each phase revealing such wisdom, for all the natural world.

Let's rest, be still and honour each phase.
Let's work with the cycle of Life to create the world we want to live in.
Creation - Birth
Water. Nutrition.
Nurture with love. Care. Value.
Give thanks. Honour. Release.

Allow cycles to let your life flow.
